• In situations where it may not be feasible or desirable for humans to intervene when an autonomous machine fails, then care must be taken not only through design but also through monitoring processes;

• When using artificial intelligence systems there needs to be transparency about what is being done.

Prepare your workforce for AI integration

As a business owner, you will have to prepare your workforce for AI integration. The first step is to be transparent about how AI will affect the business and what actions they can take to prepare.

Next, provide training for employees on how to use AI technology. Make sure they are comfortable with the new technology and understand how it will be used in the business.
