It’s about knowing what makes you stand out as an individual — what makes you more valuable than others who may be doing similar work because of their lack of knowledge or experience?
When I look back at my own life, I realize that many times I didn't feel like a success in my career because I didn't see anything unique to me there. But when I started looking at my own strengths, talents and abilities with a critical eye, things began falling into place.
Personal Empowerment is the deep sense of connection between who you are as a person, what you have to offer, and how you can make a living by sharing it all with the world. If you think about it, this makes complete sense: if you’re happy with who you are and what your talents are, then success becomes much more likely. You will also have a stronger sense of purpose and direction in life which will help guide your actions and decisions. And finally, when we feel confident about ourselves and our abilities (which comes naturally when we feel connected), we tend to be more successful because we feel like we deserve whatever good things come our way!
Personal Empowerment is all about knowing your own value, being confident enough to share it with the world, and confident enough to ask for what you want.
